What to expect from this position
You will join Share One, part of Deda Group, a thought leader in fintech solutions that introduces innovative approaches to help credit unions across the country compete more effectively in the ever-changing consumer finance market.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute complex software implementation projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources. The Project Manager reports to the Head of Program Management and Governance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle management, including scope definition, planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources to meet delivery goals
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless execution
- Track project performance using tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Salesforce
- Ensure adherence to contract terms, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations
- Collaborate with software development, account management, and technical teams to ensure project stability and customer satisfaction
- Manage change control, risk mitigation, and issue resolution processes
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, timelines, and training materials
- Chair SCRUM meetings and other project-related reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance practices
- Provide project updates and C-suite level reporting
- Deliver internal education or training on project management frameworks and tools
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management with software implementation
- PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks and SDLC processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation
- Experience using Microsoft Project, JIRA, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Financial industry experience and working knowledge of Italian or Spanish are a plus
