We are accelerating Italy's digital transformation by assisting public administrations and utility companies in designing services and solutions for citizens and businesses. This is achieved by establishing the technological infrastructures outlined in the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID) three-year plan and by proposing new sustainable development models for more efficient resource management.
Through our systematic approach, we are working toward a more digital and straightforward Italy. Processes and services need to be rethought and designed based on the actual needs of citizens. Data should be made interoperable and georeferenced to facilitate better, more informed, and quicker decision-making. The "once-only" principle must be realized.
We enable this transformation by embracing cloud computing as a key factor in supporting the digital transition and ecological transitions. We advocate for the adoption of transversal and modular models, as well as SaaS solutions like Refer, CiviliaNext, and Folium.
Our goals are driven by a data-centered approach, simplified processes, and delivering value for the people. We pursue these objectives by combining our in-depth knowledge of the public sector—encompassing central and local public administrations, health, and energy—with our certified technological skills to develop tailored solutions and advisory pathways.
We invest in the internal skills’ constant development and cooperation with partners to continue to create new paths for innovation. We innovate processes to help towns and cities become local development centers, central bodies to achieve data-driven administration, and companies developing their networks.
