Whistleblowing Management

A centralized system through which we ensure the receipt, management, analysis, and processing of reports, including anonymous ones.

 

"Whistleblowing" refers to reporting, by an individual within a public or private work context, any violations of national or European Union laws that harm the public interest or the integrity of a public administration or private entity. In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, the companies within Dedagroup have established this internal reporting channel, which allows you to submit reports, including anonymously.

When submitting a report, selecting the specific Dedagroup company to which the report is addressed is recommended.

 

Dedagroup and its Group companies encourage the good-faith reporting of behaviors, acts, or omissions that the whistleblower becomes aware of in the course of their work activities, which may harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company.
These may include:

  • Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses;
  • Unlawful conduct in violation of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001;
  • Violations relating to financial services/products and markets, money laundering, public health, consumer protection, personal data protection, or the financial interests and internal market of the EU;
  • Irregularities that, in the context of relations with DEDAGROUP, could cause any form of harm or constitute a violation of the principles, values, and/or regulations upheld by the Company.
 

Dedagroup therefore adopts all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of individuals who report, disclose to judicial or auditing authorities, or publicly reveal information on violations of national or EU law within the scope of their working context. In particular, in a spirit of cooperation and mutual trust, Dedagroup ensures maximum transparency and protection for employees, independent contractors, consultants, collaborators, interns, shareholders, and members of administrative, management, or supervisory bodies, as well as individuals working under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Dedagroup aims to encourage its employees and all those who engage with the Company to report any irregular behavior safely and internally, thereby promoting ethical conduct and a company-wide culture of transparency, clarity, and integrity at all organizational levels.
