In 2020, Crédit Agricole Italia wished to introduce an evolved and innovative solution in Supply Chain Finance centered on the relationships already active with the supply chain leaders to intercept and support their supplier base and give a significant opportunity to support the Made in Italy supply chains, thanks to a Bank-Chapter-Supplier partnership.

Solutions

Deda Bit has integrated the supply chain finance platform developed by FinDynamic into Crédit Agricole Italia's banking systems. The solution enables supply chain managers to provide their suppliers with innovative services, integrated with their ERP systems, to optimize working capital management. Thus, it is possible to obtain early payment of invoices through own liquidity (Dynamic Discounting) or through credit support offered by the bank (Confirming).

Results

Facilitating the connection between large companies and SMEs has supported the real economy and offered concrete support for economic recovery. FinDynamic's Supply Chain Finance solution, delivered on the Cloud, has been integrated with banking systems thanks to Deda Bit's expertise, thus enabling invoice accounting management, from credit flows to the management of transfers, from the management of commission conditions to be applied to the management of overdrafts to master records to even supervisory reporting.

 The project called "Enterprise Impact" was the winner of the ABI 2021 Award for Ecosystem Innovation.
