Peuterey, an Italian brand founded in 2002, stands out for producing luxury casualwear and premium outerwear for men, women and children. The name is inspired by one of the most striking ridges of Mont Blanc, recalling the balance between functionality and style, graphically expressed in the three red dots of the logo. Owned stores, shop-in-shops and selected prestigious multi-brands: Peuterey is now present internationally.

Following the wave of digital transformation undertaken several years ago, Peuterey wanted to improve retail operations management, simplify in-store processes, and offer customers a unique experience.

Solutions

To meet these needs, it once again relied on Deda Stealth, with whom it has worked since 2011. It has integrated the Stealth® Retail platform to manage Store Operations and Retail Back Office activities (Inventory Management, Store Management, Order Management, Stock Management) and Retail Pro Prism in the POS environment, as a flexible, technologically innovative and customizable solution for managing the Customer Base, inventories, customer orders and all cash point operations.

Results

The new phase of digitization improves internal and point-of-sale processes. Store managers and assistants can now rely on advanced technological tools to better manage back-office activities.
