Aventa Credit Union wanted to reinvent their image, connecting a refreshed visual identity with the renewal of their digital approach. This transformation journey included redesigning Aventa’s digital banking solutions to improve members’ satisfaction through enhanced digital services.  

VisiFI worked with Aventa to create a customized platform, which allowed the Credit Union to adapt their digital branch to meet their members’ needs, improve their customer experience and provide them with new products and services. A crucial aspect of the project was to ensure Aventa’s consistent data management. It was possible because VisiFI’s platform relies on a single source of information, from the core to multiple digital touchpoints, making it easier for Aventa to build a seamless experience for their members.
