Our Group continues to grow. Dedagroup Business Solutions has acquired two companies relevant for its growth and for that of our entire Finance & Data Hub.
They are Laser, a digital consulting and development company that, thanks to its solid know-how in data management, supports companies in the digital transformation paths of processes and services, and Opentech, a software house specializing in integrated Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions.
The entry of the two companies will enable Dedagroup Business Solutions to enhance further and evolve the bank-business relationship. Indeed, creating and nurturing new dynamics of collaboration between the industrial supply chain and the financial supply chain is at the heart of Dedagroup Business Solutions' and our entire Finance & Data Hub's commitment.
