  • Develop complex T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions based on business logic and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze legacy and target data schemas to create accurate mapping documents for critical financial data sets such as customer accounts, transactions, and ledgers.
  • Create and run reconciliation queries to validate the integrity of converted data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Optimize SSIS packages and SQL queries for performance and scalability during high-volume data loads.
  • Ensure data handling complies with industry regulations, including SOX, FINRA, and GDPR, especially when processing PII and financial data.
  • Maintain clear documentation of conversion processes, transformation logic, validation routines, and audit logs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support system integration and address post-migration issues.
  • Provide production support for corrections, ongoing syncs, and audit inquiries as needed.

Must Have

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL development and ETL processing.
  3. Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, and T-SQL scripting.
  4. Proven experience with financial data systems, regulatory data handling, and large-scale data reconciliation.
