What Is Women in Code?

Women in Code is the name we’ve chosen for this edition of Deda Academy. Through this program, we aim to help build a more inclusive tech industry, where everyone has equal opportunities to grow, regardless of gender.

More specifically, with Women in Code, we want to create opportunities for a group that has historically faced greater barriers and help close the gender gap in IT, where women remain underrepresented. We firmly believe that inclusion is essential to the growth of the tech industry, and this initiative is one of the steps we’re taking toward a more equitable society.

Deda has always supported young talent through training programs that bridge the gap between academia and the world of work. After all, whether we’re developing software, building a technology solution, or providing consulting services, people working together are at the heart of every project.

That’s why we’re Dedicated To Growth.
