It’s a free training program with a monthly scholarship, designed for young people who are passionate about electronics and embedded systems development. You’ll work side by side with industry experts to build technical skills, soft skills, and a deep understanding of company culture. It’s not just theory—it’s hands-on experience and real-world projects.

With the Deda Academy Tech Makers Edition, we’re creating a fresh start for those who want to design innovative hardware, firmware, and embedded software solutions.

We believe the best way to learn is by doing—together.

That’s why our program is built around a learning by doing philosophy: fewer slides, more real projects. From day one, you’ll be working with actual tools and processes, alongside professionals who are developing complex embedded and hardware systems.

With the guidance of dedicated tutors, you’ll gain both technical expertise and essential soft skills for the workplace.

You’ll join Deda Connect, the Deda Group company specializing in the design and management of IP infrastructures, embedded systems, and complex networks. The company covers the full lifecycle of embedded systems—from prototype design to testing and validation—offering advanced expertise in hardware, FPGA, and embedded software.

At the end of the Academy, the most motivated participants may be offered a job at Deda Connect and begin a real professional journey.
