Yet the current landscape is still characterized by fragmented systems and entrenched data silos, which hinder interoperability and reduce the overall value of available data.
The migration to the National Strategic Hub will mark a decisive turning point: not only technological, but also cultural. It is an opportunity to rethink information architectures and build a more integrated, intelligent, and data-driven healthcare system, moving beyond the traditional separation between strategic and technological domains. The aim is to overcome fragmentation and redundancy, strengthening data security and governance, and ensuring greater continuity of care for citizens.
