To support its ambitious growth and internationalization strategy, Bracchi has embarked on a digital transformation project aimed at making its infrastructure more resilient and flexible. The existing technological architecture, distributed across multiple locations and based on heterogeneous systems, presented growing critical issues in terms of reliability and operational continuity, with frequent downtime that risked compromising daily operations and limiting expansion. The primary need was therefore to evolve towards an infrastructure model that would guarantee not only maximum system availability, but also simplified management and scalable growth. This was accompanied by the need to define a solid Disaster Recovery plan to protect data and operations in any scenario. In short, Bracchi was looking for a strategic partner to build a reliable and secure technology platform, a solid foundation on which to project its global growth ambitions.

To meet these needs, Bracchi found Deda Tech, Deda's cloud & security provider, to be the ideal partner for a structured evolutionary path. The strategy adopted, based on a Managed Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) model, allowed the customer's IT infrastructure to be centralized and standardized within a Deda Tech data center in the initial phase. This fundamental step immediately guaranteed a stable, high-performance platform that was managed in every aspect, overcoming the critical issues related to the heterogeneity and unreliability of the pre-existing systems. Once operations were consolidated, the project continued with the enhancement of connectivity to ensure faster and more stable access to centralized systems for Bracchi's offices. The process was finally completed with the introduction of an advanced Disaster Recovery solution. Thanks to continuous replication of systems to a second data center and a periodic testing plan, Bracchi can now count on a concrete guarantee of operational continuity, which is essential for confidently dealing with any unforeseen events and continuing on its path of growth.
