Requirements

Fidia needed to revamp its IT infrastructure, moving from traditional technology to a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solution. This change was necessary to: simplify management of the IT environment, improve scalability, implement high-reliability logic distributed across two sites, and lay the groundwork for Disaster Recovery projects. To achieve these goals, Fidia needed a partner experienced in managing the existing infrastructure and who was able to propose a reliable, flexible, and high-performance solution.

Thanks to its experience and collaboration with the Nutanix vendor, Deda Tech provided an HCI solution for Fidia. A project path characterized by an analysis phase, continuous and direct technical support with the customer, and a unique collaboration between Deda Tech and the Nutanix vendor that allowed the release in advance of the set deadline.
The key points of the project were the ease of use of the Nutanix architecture, which ensured total control over the infrastructure, and the constant presence of Deda Tech at every stage, thus guaranteeing sure success.

The results

Fidia immediately perceived the quality of the result, thanks in part to a significant improvement in productivity. Indeed, the machines achieved their goals faster and significantly improved business performance, thanks to the combination of the Nutanix solution with next-generation technology.
