The company has identified the need to improve process efficiency, reduce execution times, and free up resources for higher value-added activities. In addition, it aims to ensure more precise customer management and strengthen its data culture, while keeping the human factor at the center and leveraging internal skills. The challenge is to integrate advanced technologies without losing the human-centered dimension, in an environment characterized by complex regulations and large volumes of data.
 
 
 
 
Solutions

To meet these needs, Net Insurance has launched a roadmap for implementing Artificial Intelligence, with around thirty use cases developed in accordance with the guidelines of the AI Act. This approach has been accompanied by investments in staff training and reskilling to ensure that technology enhances human work. Two initiatives stand out among the operational projects: the use of conversational virtual assistants for telephone interviews on the health status of policyholders and an automated document checking platform for risk assessment. These tools optimize time, reduce errors, and improve the quality of information, while maintaining human support for customers who require it.

Results

The integration of AI and Intelligent Document Processing has already yielded concrete results, including significant process efficiency gains that complement the work of the Advanced BPO teams, as well as greater accuracy in data collection. The time saved allows more resources to be devoted to in-depth analysis and strategic decisions, improving the quality of the risks taken. In addition, the data culture has been strengthened, laying the foundations for further innovation in areas such as claims, legal support, and customer experience. Net Insurance thus confirms its ability to combine technology and the human factor, while maintaining competitiveness and service quality.
